Principle
The hot air enters into the bottom of drier in tangent direction. With stirrer driving, a powerful rotating wind field comes into being. Material in form of paste is fed into drier through screw feeder, and becomes pieces under the function of bounce, friction and shearing as a result of high-speed stirrer driving. Material pieces are smashed quickly and have full contact with hot air for drying. Dehydrated material goes up with hot air flow, those in big size are kept inside drier by grader while those in small size is discharged out of drier, and goes to whirl separator and dust remover.
